Major Major makeover!

Yesterday was a very fine day!

Ang daming nangyari sa araw na ito pero ang pinaka-highlight ng day na ito ay ang aking major,major makeover: HAIR REBOND! 

First time kong magpa-rebond ng hair. Hindi naman kasi ako meticulous when it comes to primping myself. I just thought that somehow I needed a big change in life so that I could feel oh-so confident! If you could see me everyday, I always wear my damaged, dry hair down. Walang kaayos-ayos. Yung mga ends nga ay sobra ng sabog-sabog, napaka-untamed na.

My hair was super straight before I started my nursing course at Adamson University. Required kami na mag-puson ng hair everyday so that's where my hair gets so uber damaged. Basang-basa pa buhok ko eh tinatali ko na dahil ayaw kong ma-late sa school para lamang magpatuyo ng hair. So that's the consequences I need to endure for not taking care of my hair before.

So ayan, to start off. Late nako nagising for my appointment sa Victor Ortega Salon & Spa. (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Victor-Ortega-Salon-Spa/140152865999317?ref=ts&v=wall)

Yung location ng salon is way far from our home. They're situated sa may Boni Ave. Mandaluyong. Ang layo from our home sa Manila pa. Yung taxi pa na nasakyan namin was so bagal na sobrang preoccupied pa sa cellphone niyang nasira ang battery. Habang nasa biyahe:

Makati City Hall

Nadaanan namin ang Makati City Hall from Pasig River's view. Napamangha nalang ako siguro sa laki at ganda ng architecture nito. Naisip ko bigla, magkano kaya nakuha nila sa kaban ng bayan? Lol

Upon arrival sa V.O. Salon, bumungad sa akin ang napaka-daming kotseng nakaparada sa harap! At ang dami daming tao sa loob!

I thought magihintay pa ako ng matagal kasi late nga ako sa appointment ko. Heck no! I was forwarded immediately sa 2nd floor to the care of Ms. Marge. Pagupo ko pa lang sa chair, inassess niya yung condition ng hair ko. "Nagpa-relax ka ba before? Sobrang dry at damaged ng hair mo eh.." 

My rebond session took almost 5 hours. Grueling pero worth it. Ang ganda ng kinalabasan ng hair ko.

After ng rebonding session, went to Greenbelt to meet my mom's friend. Stayed at Seattle's Best from 10pm til 2am T__T
